Ready for a reset?
It’s the start of a new year (buh-BYE 2020), and with that many of us have all kinds of goals – especially those related to our health. While I’m not a big fan of resolutions, I DO love any opportunity to uplevel.

Candida is just a bacteria that lives in your gut. You’ve got lots of bacteria in your guts already so don’t flip out. We ALL have candida.
Candida is sort of special because it likes to feed on sugars and processed foods and things and, sort of like weeds in a garden, eventually gets out of hand and overtakes everything. This can cause a whole host of issues, especially in the digestive health arena.
The good news is, you can totally help your body “prune” back the overgrowth in a way that is simple, gentle, and effective.
