I am a former elementary school teacher, turned holistic lifestyle coach and I am so glad you're here. After being diagnosed with (and healing myself from) a rare chronic illness, I now teach people how to tap into their intuition in order to make the changes they wish to see in their health, naturally. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Here are my top 4 essential oils to use in the bedroom (or on the sofa, in the car, you get my drift). 

You can use this with a partner (no matter which parts they own) or by yourself! 

1. Patchouli: Improves circulation and enhances mood. Dilute and use a massage oil, or apply to inner thighs and across abdomen. 

2. Peppermint Beadlets: There are 1/3 of a drop of peppermint essential oil in a tiny sphere. Pop one in your mouth before heading downtown. 

3. Jasmine: Enhances libido and is delightfully femme and sexy. Roll along panty line, and use as perfume. 

4. Ylang Ylang: Supports libido and hormone production. Add this to your massage oil as well, of whip up an easy linen spray with some witch hazel. Great in the diffuser too!

Youโ€™re also much more likely to be successful getting some better habits in place, than having big resolutions that arenโ€™t attainable and set you up for failure.

But I can tell you this: choosing to honor what youโ€™ve been through and release what is no longer necessary for your growth or serving your highest good in a world that wants you to focus on the negative is an act of radical self-care.

Heโ€™s managed to do some truly epic stuff this year, despite the many curveballs thrown his way. Iโ€™m especially proud of the clarity and awareness he has made manifest this year, and grateful for the many lessons he has passed on to me.

Nine birthdays together, and I am still head over heels. 

Also, somehow the man seems to be getting sexier with age. Perhaps the secret is walking 20+ miles a day for weeks on end. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿ”ฅ Here are my top 4 essential oils to use in the bedroom (or on the sofa, in the car, you get my drift). 

You can use this with a partner (no matter which parts they own) or by yourself! 

1. Patchouli: Improves circulation and enhances mood. Dilute and use a massage oil, or apply to inner thighs and across abdomen. 

2. Peppermint Beadlets: There are 1/3 of a drop of peppermint essential oil in a tiny sphere. Pop one in your mouth before heading downtown. 

3. Jasmine: Enhances libido and is delightfully femme and sexy. Roll along panty line, and use as perfume. 

4. Ylang Ylang: Supports libido and hormone production. Add this to your massage oil as well, of whip up an easy linen spray with some witch hazel. Great in the diffuser too!

Youโ€™re also much more likely to be successful getting some better habits in place, than having big resolutions that arenโ€™t attainable and set you up for failure.

But I can tell you this: choosing to honor what youโ€™ve been through and release what is no longer necessary for your growth or serving your highest good in a world that wants you to focus on the negative is an act of radical self-care. 

Thatโ€™s the kind of rebellion Iโ€™m here for. Hereโ€™s to us. ๐Ÿฅ‚

Heโ€™s managed to do some truly epic stuff this year, despite the many curveballs thrown his way. Iโ€™m especially proud of the clarity and awareness he has made manifest this year, and grateful for the many lessons he has passed on to me.

Nine birthdays together, and I am still head over heels. 

Also, somehow the man seems to be getting sexier with age. Perhaps the secret is walking 20+ miles a day for weeks on end. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
